Athletics coaching group sessions for young athletes wanting to improve running technique, fitness, confidence, and overall athletics skills in a supportive group environment.
This program includes 8 sessions across 8 weeks, commencing Wednesday 22 April and finishing Wednesday 10 June.

There is no casual pass available at this stage.
Sessions are run by experienced Australian athletics coaches and are designed to help athletes build strong fundamentals, consistency, and confidence across the term.
Meet Your Gilly Coaches
Coach Courtney
With over 10 years of experience as a coach and elite athlete, Coach Courtney brings passion and fun to every session. She creates an engaging environment where young athletes can build strong fundamentals and grow in confidence.
Coach Jack
As an Athletics Australia certified coach and elite runner, Coach Jack brings expertise in sports nutrition, strength training, and technique. His specialised knowledge helps young athletes develop proper form and confidence in their abilities.
